I Lost My Balance Test ID How Do I Proceed?

Unfortunately I've lost my test ID - but I wrote my name on the test, when I send it, so perhaps they can find it.

    Unfortunately, the test-ID is the only way to track down the test results. We strongly recommend that you always take a picture of the test-ID, so it won't get lost.
