My customer wants to cancel their subscription. Can you connect with me and cancel their subscription?

    Thank you for your inquiry!

    As a partner, you can send cancellation requests on behalf of your customers straight to our customer care department: 

    Please include customers' ID-numbers in your email. Our customer care department will then contact the customers within 30 days cancellation period.

    If you wish to do the cancellations over the phone, you may also call us at your local customer service number: choose #3 in the menu and you will be directed to the correct department.
